Mall Haul #2

Hello, Beauties!

Today is the first day of summer and it’s blazing out today. Summer is a great time to get that golden glow tan, beach hair, sitting and chilling by the pool with a good sunscreen. But for beauty shopper like myself, summer is about finding all the good deals, brands and products that’s a must-have item.
Headed to the mall to look at a few sundresses and went makeup shopping lol, yep, that was definitely bound to happened. Went straight to my favorite store...Icings. This was the first place I brought my daughter’s when they were little for their first ear piercing- now it’s our beauty & accessories store. Great time for mother and daughter time…which I happened to love.

First on my list is a few eyeshadow palettes that I picked up. They are called Flaunt Beauty they are just adorable and have this old school flavor to them. Reminds of Benefit Cosmetics. Retro women on the packaging, cute backgrounds. These palettes cost no more than $2.99ea.

Each palette has a unique name and gorgeous color scheme to match. Some comes with lip gloss/ lipstick and blushes.

These shades are gorgeous and they aren’t that great alone. You will need a primer and base with these.

I really like this one a lot. It has a bronzer/highlight, blush, shimmer base, 1 lip gloss, 2 lipsticks, 8 eyeshadows 3 brushes. Nice pullout compartment.

These are Icings own eyeshadow palettes.

As you can see, the Illuminating powder fell apart, no repairing it. Beautiful raspberry shade blush that’s satin in texture as well and with shimmer.

Here’s a swatch of the illuminating powder residue. A beautiful champagne color. Satin texture and smooth.

Swatches of both illuminating powder and blush.

Here’s a closer look at the shadows. From left to right you have…contour (gunmetal shade)
highlight night (brownish copper shade) highlight day (dusty rose shade)

They all have a nice satin sheen and not to shimmery or frosty. Glides on the lids lovely. Great together or alone. You will definitely need a primer and base to get true color.

Comes with instructions cards on how to recreate the look.

I got a great deal, since it was broken…it costed me $0.01😄 My camera doesn’t do these pics any justice… These are simply amazing with an satin, smooth and shimmery texture. With instruction cards.

This is a alright palette… For a smokey eye, the colors aren’t smokey enough for me.

Got the lashes for my daughter, not my style. Glitter eye kit for $5.99

**Sorry, didn’t take pics of the other 2 palettes or the glitter shadow pot or candle. Candle smells delicious… Pink grapefruit and peaches. My room is a tropical retreat at the moment.**

If you haven’t tried Icings cosmetics, I urge you to try them out. They have a wall of different palettes that’s dups  for UD, Benefit, and Too Face cosmetics. I believe they have the same manufacturing company or an umbrella company for a larger brand.
